In order to place an order in the Online Store section, you must add selected products in the required quantity to cart and place an order in accordance with the steps specified on the website. Registration is not required, if you want to make a purchase, but we recommend that you register in order to receive special offers and useful information.

After placing an order in the Online Store section, a company representative will contact you to confirm order details. Order processing schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 17:00; orders placed at another time will be processed on the next business day.

Food products of proper quality may not be exchanged and returned according to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994 «On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection». The seller guarantees that packaging of ordered goods will ensure their integrity and preservation of their marketable condition.

Delivery & Payment

Our products may be delivered throughout Ukraine without restrictions on the minimum order amount.
Shipping is performed by «Nova Poshta» at the carrier's rates (shipping costs are paid by the recipient).

Payment for products - shall be made either by wire transfer to the entrepreneur's card according to the relevant bank details or through a payment service when placing an order (prepayment).

Products are shipped on business days – either on the day of the receipt of payment (if payment is received in the first half of the day) or on the next day (if payment is received in the second half of the day).

When receiving an order from the carrier, please check the integrity of packaging and file a complaint on the spot in case of any damage. Orders that were not picked up from a post office or courier service within 5 business days will be automatically sent back to the supplier of the goods, without a refund.
